JRC has been named one of The Washington Post’s 2019 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s list honors more than 150 companies including government contractors, law firms, nonprofits, schools, and businesses.

“Now in its sixth year, The Post’s Top Workplaces list continues to reflect companies in the region that cultivate a connection with their workforce,” said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes. “It’s clear from the survey that these organizations share a commitment to providing support and an environment that makes employees feel valued and respected.”

JRC is proud to be recognized as one of the top workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. It is a privilege to have some of the brightest analysts and engineers in our industry working together as Team JRC. We recognize that our employees have a choice when it comes to where they contribute their talent. This is a partnership we highly regard.

JRC provides its employees and their families with exceptional health benefits, company 401(k) contributions (without an employee contribution requirement), a Metro subsidy, and an employee referral bonus program. JRC is proud to enroll each employee in the JRC Academy, the company’s personal development program, including trainings, certifications, and tuition assistance. JRC is dedicated to investing in the long-term development of its people.

“JRC is honored to be selected as a top workplace in the Washington, D.C. area for the 6th year in a row. JRC continues to thrive because of the passion, talent, and integrity of its people. There is no greater feeling than coming to work to witness our employees selflessly contribute to our mission, customers, and JRC family; it is truly humbling. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created together,” said JRC’s Founder and President, Dr. Tony Jimenez.
