JRC is proud to announce the promotion of Jennifer Banta-Scott to Manager of the Program Management Office (PMO) SPF Section within our Missiles & Space Division.
Based in Sunnyvale, California, Jennifer will lead a geographically diverse team with members also located in our PMOs in Denver, Colorado, and Magna, Utah. Since joining JRC in 2023, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, adaptability, and commitment to excellence.
With over 15 years of experience managing office operations and providing high-level executive support, Jennifer quickly became an invaluable member of the JRC team. Her outstanding performance at SPF Sunnyvale has showcased her ability to lead with confidence, deliver results under pressure, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers others to succeed.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys attending musicals, traveling, especially to Maui and spending time at the beach. She has recently taken up gardening alongside her newly retired husband, and together they’ve expanded their backyard family to include four tortoises.
