JRC is proud to announce the promotion of Chamennia Ogunleye to Manager within the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Division.
In this new role, Chamennia will lead a team of five Program Analysts supporting a wide range of critical functions for her Department of the Navy customer, including areas such as Executive Administration, Public Affairs, Congressional Affairs, Freedom of Information Act initiatives, and Echelon I Nuclear Surety activities.
Over the past five years, Chamennia has earned a strong reputation for her outstanding support to Nuclear Weapons Surety efforts. Her technical acumen, professionalism, and leadership have made her a critical contributor to important defense programs, where she has been recognized as a subject matter expert for nuclear weapons surety, policy, and compliance. Chamennia will continue supporting Naval Nuclear Weapons Policy and Surety initiatives. Her ability to lead complex initiatives while balancing competing demands makes her exceptionally well-suited for this expanded leadership role.

Outside of work, Chamennia enjoys photography, cooking, and gardening. She loves capturing everyday moments through creative photography and finds cooking both therapeutic and a wonderful way to bring family together. Recently, she’s been learning how to grow her own herbs and vegetables. Above all, she treasures spending quality time with her family and creating lasting memories.
