BETSY DELEE PROMOTED TO JRC VICE PRESIDENT, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING & INTEGRATION (SEI) DIVISION

JRC is proud to announce the promotion of Betsy DeLee to Vice President of the Systems Engineering & Integration (SEI) Division. 

Since joining JRC, Betsy has continually demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, natural leadership, and deeply rooted alignment with JRC’s values of family, excellence, and integrity. What began as a systems engineering role quickly grew into a career marked by increasing responsibility, trusted customer partnership, and transformative impact across the SEI Division.

Throughout her tenure, Betsy has taken on larger and more complex leadership roles within SEI. Over the past two years, she has shown mastery in both the technical and financial management of the division. She leads by example, approaches every challenge with rigor and clarity, and is regarded by her customers as a key systems engineering expert supporting three major programs.

Her commitment to delivering excellence extends beyond mission requirements. Betsy is known across JRC as a mentor, an advocate for her team, and a leader who values people as much as performance. Betsy has played a critical role in SEI’s continued growth. Her portfolio has since grown to include several new and highly technical areas, including: missile design and engineering, test missile kit development, executive, technical, public affairs, and FOIA support to our Navy customers.  Betsy’s strategic leadership, clear communication, and unwavering integrity have made her one of JRC’s most trusted advisors.

With this promotion, Betsy becomes a member of the JRC Executive Team, a group of the company’s most experienced leaders who guide JRC’s strategic direction, growth, and culture.

Outside of work, Betsy enjoys spending time with her family, going to the pool in summer, (trying) to ski with her son in the winter, and weightlifting and walking year-round. Her love of family and community echoes the heart of JRC’s culture.
