JRC Integrated Systems proudly participated in the 40th annual Hardened Electronics and Radiation Technology (HEART) Conference, held April 7–11, 2025, in Monterey, California. As a premier forum for advancing radiation-hardened electronics, the HEART Conference convenes experts from government, industry, and academia to address the challenges of ensuring electronic systems’ survivability in extreme environments.

 

JRC leaders engaged with experts in the in Radiation-Hardened technology, sharing insights on JRC’s cutting-edge work in radiation-hardened semiconductor technologies and resilient aerospace systems. These efforts are integral to national defense, ensuring that critical systems operate reliably under the most demanding conditions.

 

Key initiatives at this year’s HEART Conference included discussions on Radiation Hardness Assurance (RHA), Single Event Effects (SEE) in devices and circuits, and advancements in modeling and simulation for radiation environments. These topics are directly aligned with JRC’s focus to develop technologies that ensure the reliability and resilience of defense systems in challenging conditions.
