JRC is proud to announce the promotion of Dave Quinton to Senior Manager of The Security Systems, Policy, and Surety Group within the Missiles and Space Division. In this new role, Dave will oversee all nuclear weapons security support to our Department of the Navy customer and continue shaping one of JRC’s most mission-critical portfolios.

Since joining JRC on November 13, 2017, Dave has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, deep technical knowledge, and unwavering commitment to JRC’s values of family, excellence, and integrity. His early work for the DON, supporting strategic weapons security, Arms, Ammunition & Explosives oversight, and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems integration, laid the foundation for the trusted reputation Dave holds today, both with our customers and across JRC.

Dave’s contributions extend across multiple Navy programs, where he has served as Subject Matter Expert for ground combat systems. Over the past eight years, Dave has driven high-impact efforts including armored vehicle fleet management, refurbishment, procurement, and the deployment and sustainment of advanced surveillance and security systems for his government customers.

Through every assignment, Dave has strengthened JRC’s reputation as a trusted partner and proven himself as a leader who shows up with discipline, clarity, and a deep sense of mission ownership. His work continues to advance one of the most strategically important areas of national defense.

When asked to reflect on this milestone, Dave shared, “JRC is wonderful company with values that align with my own. At its core, Family first struck a chord with me right away, DR. Tony and at the time my Manager Dennis Mohr exemplified this after the loss of my father in 2017. It was a difficult time, but it was handled very well. So in general, I believe in the company, and I am proud to be a part of it”.

When Dave’s not working, he enjoys taking his 2019 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray to car shows. He also gives back to his community by coaching youth hockey for the Jacksonville Jr. Icemen, working with children ages 4-8 in their learn to skate program.

Please join us in congratulating Dave Quinton on this well-deserved promotion. We look forward to his continued leadership, growth, and impact within the Missiles and Space Division and across JRC.
